A very high quality craftsman style home. This is a second dwelling, with the main dwelling to be built in the near future. This a house that is being built green, with soy spray insulation, quality wood doors made out of recycled lumber, to name just a few"green" items. A very impressive 1,200 square foot home.

A 1,200 square foot workshop, with ten foot high walls, an eight foot high by sixteen foot wide garage door, fully sheet rocked, taped and textured, epoxy painted floor, complete with heat and a bath room.

We got the permit on the "fast track" with Nevada County, which means about two weeks instead of six or seven weeks. Permits ran a little over $2,000 with plan check, building permit and fire mitigation fees. Here is the progress so far as of November2007 and finishing in December 2007.
